Where can I order online which is the official shop of the brand?

To ensure you receive genuine products at the right price and to avoid being misled by fraudulent sellers, we sugest buying from our official channels which are Line Official: @moreoverdesign and/or Shopee and/or Lazada. Any inquiries about the purchase can be directed to our Line Official: @moreoverdesign

Can I order products online and pick them up at the store?

Yes, you can order our products online. However, only orders from Line Official that can be picked up at our store at Centralworld, 5h floor

For orders placed on other platforms like Shopee and Lazada, customers will not be able to pick up their orders at the store and will only receive the orders through the online channel.

Can the products be exchanged or returned?

Unfortunately, the company does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. However, in case of damage during delivery from the carriers, the company will process a claim with the carrier company in accordance with the policy of the platform where the order was placed. Please note that the company is required to use the proof as stated in (5)

When can I expect to receive the products when ordering online?

When the orders were placed in the system, the company will pack and ship the products within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Customers in Bangkok Metropolitan area can expect to receive their orders within 1-2 days after the packages leave the warehouse. Customers in other provinces can receive the products within 3-4 days after the packages leave the warehouse. (Delivery period is estimated and may vary on factors such as time, weather, delivery issues beyond company’s control.)

After I receive the products, what do I have to do to protect my rights?

The products will be delivered by a carrier company in collaboration with the platform where the orders were placed. To protect your right in case of damages that may occur during delivery, please take a video during unpacking the product as a proof of condition. In case of damages during delivery, the company will process a claim with the carrier company in accordance with the policy of the platform where the order was placed. Additionally, the company retains a video of the packing process.

Can I request a tax invoice?

Once your order is successfully placed, you can submit your address and tax identification number to the company online. The company will then issue a tax invoice based on the payment date and include it in the package with your order. Please note that the company cannot issue a backdated tax invoice in accordance with The Revenue Department regulations.
